Jason Starzec is a seasoned coach with decades of experience helping professionals to become more organized, less stressed, and better equipped to calmly manage the demands of deadlines and expectations.

With an undergraduate degree in Applied Behavioral Science and a Master’s degree in Adult Education, Jason brings an extensive background in the psychology of human behavior to Executive Functioning coaching. His twenty-seven year career in the corporate world (where he worked in large companies like Groupon and emerging businesses like MarginEdge), paired with his hands-on experience raising his own six children, allow Jason to understand not only the challenges of keeping up in high-pressure, fast-paced work environments but also how to relate to the ever-increasing demands of balancing personal and professional responsibilities.

As an Executive Function and ADHD Certified Practitioner, Jason is equally comfortable working one-on-one with aspiring professionals who are just starting their careers as he is working with C-suite executives who require a trained eye to bring their long-term vision into focus.
